Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and The Little Next Door

Have I introduced you to my boyfriend yet? He’s ever so dreamy, frequently save the
world and I could wash my clothes on his abs.

Alright, so Brett Dalton’s not exactly my “boyfriend” (such a restricting term) but a
girl likes to dream every now and then. Or drool in my case.

If you’re in the Los Angeles area and a big fan of tv and anything nerdy like me, the
Paleyfest is definitely worth checking out. It’s a huge “festival” celebrating some of the
most popular tv shows. Me and mom went up to check out the show “Agents of
S.H.I.E.L.D.” and meet the cast. The audience was treated to a sneak peek of the episode
which aired last night. I definitely encourage you to watch S.H.I.E.L.D. if only for Brett
Dalton alone.

Recognize this spot? It’s the place of Ellen Degenere’s most re-tweeted pic.

Clark Gregg was absolutely adorable and fans will be happy to know he’s just as
funny and nice in real life as he in the show. Twice, he jumped off the stage to hug two
excited fans, including one really, sweet autistic girl which had me feeling so many
feels I almost started tearing up. I tear up during Sarah McLaughlan’s dog
commercials though so it doesn’t take much.

After the fest, we we went out to try a lunch spot in West Hollywood called
The Little Next Door.

I loved the Parisian feel of the place and it reminded me and mom of our trip to Paris
so long ago. We reminisced and talked about how great it was, with the baguettes and
the sites and the endless amount of cheese. Ah, I love Paris.

Several vanilla latte’s later, my salmon benedict came.

Just perfect.

There’s ALWAYS room for dessert.

And now I’m back in bed induced with a semi-food coma, ready to watch all the
actors on the little screen.
